The 2702 by Decor Rest is a Track arm large, deep chair.  It is done in a gray fabric and is 48 x 44 x 36H.  It is regularly $849 but on clearance for $749.  Floor model only.  Available for immediate pick up or delivery.  On display at our Wexford location.

There is a matching sectional with it that measures 125 x 125 x 44 x 36H and is regularly $3099 but on clearance for $2599.  If purchased with chair save additional $300 when buying both.
