Room Concepts is local and family owned. We have been in operation since 1952. We specialize in mainly North American made, solid wood furniture from the United States and Canada. If you are looking for customizable pieces and/or 100% solid wood items, we’ve got you covered!

We appreciate that there are many different furniture stores you can shop at, online or in person—so what makes Room Concepts different? We are a custom furniture store providing you with many different selections like color, fabric, size, shape, style, and configurations. We recognize the importance of selecting a piece that you can see, feel, sit in, lay on, etc. When shopping online, colors can appear extremely distorted, which is why we love sharing color options with our customers. We want to make sure you are selecting the perfect pieces for your home and are 100% satisfied with your final choice.

You can be as creative as you want! You can mix-and-match fabrics, colors, styles and more. With big box stores, you miss out on the opportunity to be creative and selective. Quality and custom furniture are synonymous. When you shop with us, you’ll have your pick of American and Canadian-made furniture that’s built with solid wood. We don’t use mdf, pressed wood or particle board in our furniture. The furniture is built with long-lasting and quality materials.  Plus, many of the pieces we sell are backed by manufacturer lifetime warranties! 

Comfort

Low-quality furniture is often built with low-quality materials, which leads to low-quality comfort. This is not true of Room Concepts’ furniture. Our pieces are built with high-quality materials that can withstand many years of use.

Cost

Custom quality furniture doesn’t have to mean HUGE price tags. We provide custom furniture without the custom prices. We have sofas starting at $999, Amish made dining sets (table with four chairs) with custom options starting at $1,899 and 4-piece bedroom sets starting at $2,799. We also have Amish builders in Ohio that we work with who can build a variety of custom pieces. About 5-10 times per month, we sketch pictures of what the customer is looking for and send those to our builders who create it to fit the exact space in our customer’s home.
