We continue to be excited to help our customers choose their next great piece of furniture and we are working hard to balance these fulfillment delays, which are still currently happening across the entire furniture industry. Regardless of which furniture store you choose; most are still estimating delivery around 3-5 months unless you are lucky to find something in stock. At Room Concepts, we are in close daily communication with our manufacturers so that we can continue to share any updates.

Delivery Estimation Update

While we are still seeing predominantly 3-5 months for delivery with most manufacturers, some are starting to tell us it will be sooner. This is great news; however, we generally don’t promise faster lead times until we actually are receiving the shipments from our manufacturers in those times. That said, we have started receiving furniture from some manufacturers under that timeline. As we progress through the fall and into year end, we are expecting that we will start to see furniture arriving between 2-4 months from the point of ordering to actual delivery, depending on the manufacturer.

We continue to offer our “Quick Ship” program with our Amish dining builders. This provides our customers the option to receive select sets in 6-8 weeks, AND, in your color of choice!

Lead Times Are Getting Better

As we continue to trend towards more normal delivery times, we look forward to getting you your furniture faster! We are hopeful that, as long as the pandemic continues to slow, the manufacturer lead times will resume to their “historical normal” around the first quarter of 2023.  We will continue to monitor the delivery and manufacturing operations and communicate those updates to you.

Communicating Delivery Times

We maintain trying to help our clients by providing the most accurate information at the time of the sale and follow up throughout the process to keep you informed of any delays or changes. We work hard to communicate with our clients regularly, especially during times when delays are unforeseen. Additionally, we’ve continued to allow many floor models to be sold and delivered right away to help those customers who are unable to wait 3-5 months.
